The Colts suspended Tressel not Goodel. Grant it, the Colts are sort of like a college self imposing their penalties in hopes it will be enough that the NCAA won't impose more. If the college ranks and pro ranks actually suspended cheats and those that break the law enough that it actually hurt, enough that other cheats or law breakers who see the punishment and say to themselves that they are going to quit then it will be better. I like the fact that the NFL is upholding the suspension of what happened in college. Sort of says to those other college cheats that you can't run away from your punishment to the Pro's. Now the real telling thing will be when the NCAA suspends Tressel from coaching college for a year or two, will the Colts or Goodell uphold that suspension
