Cold rain is going to turn it on...

I'm fishing green river this weekend and I'm point out spots on the map. Would anyone mind explaining in some detail what all the rain and cooler temps will do to the fish.

Cooler weather will trigger their instincts to begin feeding and stocking up for the upcoming winter...the lower water temps will also allow them to go SHALLOW! Buzz baits baby, yeahhh.

It's already helping. They bit pretty good yesterday. But you had to fish in the wind or you couldn't get bit.

Just posted something about NRL from my trip yesterday. You had to fish in the wind to have ANY luck yesterday. Wasn't bad but you had to find the color the fish wanted. Seemed like it changed hr by hr as to what color they wanted. Hope the cooler does speed up the bite! Those bigger LM might finally come up with out me having to go down to get her!
