Every kid on Louisvilles current squad was either still in diapers or barely potty trained when they beat Texas and in elementary school when they lost to OU. I hardly see these 2 games ad proof that Louisville could be competitive in the Big12. When I say competitive, I mean with an outside chance to win the league. Kentucky is not and will not EVER have a chance to win the SEC and are doormats. I think Louisville would be the same in the Big 12 going against the likes of Texas, OU, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M and such.
Did anybody but me read the quote where Clyde stated "U of L , don't want no part of the Big 12 conference..They want to have at least some chance of winning a Conference Title in the Mid Major Big East...."

My point was to show that Louisville already has played home and home with the two best teams in the Big 12, as well as with aTm. They are not afraid and would leap at the chance to be in the Big 12. That was my whole point.

Now to your point Elwood, Yes I do believe Louisville would be able to compete in the Big 12 for a few reasons.

1.) Coach Strong is already bringing in top 25 recruiting classes, think about how much easier it is to recruit if you are in the Big 12.

2.) Being in the Big 12 brings a lot more money to the football program, and Tom Jurich, unlike Mitch Brainfart, will actually spend the money on the football program. Doing so means, another upgrade in some of the finest football facilities in the country.

3.) More money and membership in the Big 12 means the ability to hire and keep big time football coaches at Louisville, something that has been a struggle in the past.

4.) anybody that doesnt think that Louisville's young talent is Big 12 Caliber in two years is not paying attention to college football.

Elwood, Kentucky doesn't care about football is the problem, there is no excuse for them not to be competitive in the SEC.

Clyde, why do you even talk football on here? It is not like your team plays college football. UK owned your team so bad in football that your AD quit playing them! For the love of all things holy, your pathetic excuse of a program lost to North Texas yesterday. Perhaps you should talk about something you know a little about, although nobody seems to be able to figure out what that is in your case.
