Shoot, everyone wants to be in Louisville! Even Calipari! I think a bunch of UK legends even came to town. Are things so bad in Lexington that you have to leave town to have a good time? Did Redmon's close or something? As far as facilities go, maybe one day in the far far reaches of NEVERLAND you will have a team with enough fans outside of Louisville that you can play a home / neutral game in Rupp. As far as the Basketball game goes, how is that working put for you since Calipari came to town?
Louisville BEGGED him to bring a team to the YUM center. It seems their local team has forgotten how to play the game of Basketball and Mr. Naismith is DEAD so Calipari was their best choice to teach them. They wanted to see what a real coach with real players could actually do in the Kentucky Fried Chicken Center. Plus, they were so used to Calipari winning the games he coaches in the Taco Bell Enchilada Center that the fans could attend this time and knew their hometown boys NO WAY could lose this game. Plus the fact that there are not enough Louisville Legends alive to field a team of Current and Former NBA players that they called UK for help.
Keep them coming boys, I am the biggest smart AZZ on the site. My piece of paper on the wall with my BSEE degree does not have the heading "University of Louisville" so it is actually worth something and means I actually have a brain that works.
I don't think the University of Phoenix counts........
Never said it did. My Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering and Associate Degree in Business Management none say University of Phoenix and none were obtained on-line. Back in 1986 I don't even think there was on-line colleges giving degrees away.

If you are asking if I have a Master's, the answer is NO. Grew up in Winchester KY, went to school at OSU on a partial scholarship, paid the rest myself with loans. Worked full time all thru school, got married 3 months after I started shool and had my first kid. Earned my ASEE, BSEE and ASBM in 4 years total and was offered a job 2 months before I graduated back in Lexington as the Lead Technician for a company that did work for IBM before it became Lexmark and the rest is history. I will say that the piece of paper on the wall pretty much says you started something and accomplished that goal. I was only in the Engineering aspect of it for a couple of years then more and more on the management side. Probably wish I had earned an Industrial Engineering degree instead because I ended up learning more about that than I did in school. Best training I ever go was that my company was picked for a co-op program in 1990 with Toyota and University of Kentucky. For 8 months, I spent 1 day a week in either Toyota or UK with Engineers from Toyota and Professors from UK going over real world environment issues. Pretty cool to see what seasoned professionals with way more experience than me at 23 years old did to solve problems in the business world.
I co oped full time in an industrial plant in Louisville. It's mandatory to get a degree from UofL, unlike UK. I too study electrical engineering BTW. Ranking don't mean anything. Tell me why Louisville is the ONLY school, ONLY IN THE USA, to have accreited bachelor and master degree engineering programs?
For a year btw. Also there was a reason UofL would not accept and of my math/science/engineering credits from UK when I transfered, they are a joke.I co oped full time in an industrial plant in Louisville. I went to the great St. X high school in Louisville and took calculating as a junior and passed theAP test as a senior with the highest possible score. UK's math curriculum was weaker them the math I took as a sophomore in high school. Fact.
Then why sing such high praises about UK? You didn't go to school there nor did you acquire a degree from there, so why try to justify it being so wonderful with goofy polls and studies and whatever else you can come up with? Sounds to me like you're one of those fans that chose to cheer for UK for the stupidest of all reasons......you were simply born in Kentucky......If you are asking if I have a Master's, the answer is NO. Born and raised in Winchester Ky. Been listening and following UK Basketball my whole life. Can remember stripping tobacco as a kid with dad, uncle and grandfather with Caywood calling the game on the radio. Just like my 7 yr old, asked for and got my room decked out in UK stuff as a small boy. It is the only thing I follow and care about when it comes to sportsThen why sing such high praises about UK?
