nolin report

19th through 21first got down at the cabin sunday night monday morining went down past long fall, caught my limit in 45 minutes one 6lb three 4pounders and two about 2 and a half caught them on a floating buzz bait there is a girl that makes them where i live. took picts and let em go we was after spots to eat. fishing up the bank and talked to a gentleman and he said he has never seen anything like that,anyway i gave him two of them yesterday. any way caught over 250 bass in three days pearlpop r and that homemade buzz bait filled the freezer with spots my dad and i had a blast left my boat down there going back last week of october for a week.i love it down there..... mike

yes sir i did my father is in bad health,just to see a big smile on his face just made the my year. and to allthe gentleman on here who helpedme with the water conditions and the tips fori live 250miles away thank you all.

not really, i pick the spots to me from 12 to 16 inches are the size to eat for me now, lg mouth yea 16 to 17 inches anything bigger taste a little coarse that just my taste buds but i love to hang into those 7 8 9 pound class just for a good fight.

i always keep the spots when we crappie fish,or are just fishin,i like the 11-13 inchers,when you fry them up with crappie most can't tell the difference,they are 10x better then large mouth to me.but i think a smallmouth are better than all three,crappie spots and l.m

i always wanted wanted to go to nolin and crappie fish, jan feb and first of march,they are up shallow jigs is all i use wounder when they go shallow at nolin, and i might just go for it.
