Hello.
I enjoy trolling for walleye on Lake Cumberland, but this year my catch is way down. My friends that jig the spoon at night are not having a good year either.
Is there any state biologists, or other experts, on here that knows the reason? i.e. Are the numbers down? Has lowering the lake level drawn all the cool lower water off and driven the walleye too deep for me to get to with my technique of trolling ( I don't know how to get below 30 ft.)? Has there been a hidden (the dead fish sunk instead of floating) fish kill? Is there so much natural food ( the lake seems full of shad) that they ignore my artificial offering? Has the finiancial problems kept new walleye from being stocked?
Even Dale Hollow has been tough this year.
Anyway I guess you can see that they are driving me nuts! HELP!!!!!!!!!![]()
