So the Eagles are a self described DREAM TEAM! That Dream has become a Nightmare and Freddie Krugar is sharpening up the glove. 1-2 with a home loss to the division rival Giants with a decent 49ers team coming to Philly next week before going to a Hot and Better than expected Bills team. Vick has a broken hand broken head and cries like a little girl about getting hit. Says other QB's get the late hit calls but not him. With as much protection that QB's get from the rules now, before it's over they will all be wearing red practice jerseys and won't be allowed to be touched period. The Eagles go from Mcnabb, Kolb and Vick to Kolb and Vick to a broken Vick and Mike Kafka?? Mike Kafka from the Northwestern Fighting ???? Whatever their mascot is. Mike Kafka with 0 TD passes and 2 ints as a pro. My bet is that we pick Vick with his glass body who had never made it a full season without getting hurt over Kevin Kolb who had proven he could run the Eagles is being questioned over and over. What makes it worse is the 6 year $100 Million dollar contract Vick signed with $40 Million GUARANTEED MONEY. Peyton Manning is worth $800 Million with $800 Million Guaranteed based on this

How true it is. I've been an Eagles fan all my life, but the ways things have gone the past few years, especially the last two, all I do at this time of year is watch baseball, and wait for hockey season to start. Go Flyers!

Vick had his say so now he will get some calls he felt he wasn't getting. The dude is good but I never liked him like other QB's in the league. Seeing him lose makes me smile......I don't want to see him hurt but seeing him lose is always ok with me.

I can't believe he is crying about no calls! The Eagles lead the EAST in calls against qb's and only 6 teams in NFL get more.

Vick has never been or will ever be a reliable qb in the nfl.

I think he fakes about 75% of his injuries

Of course you guys are 100% right about Vick. BUT I see him more as a symptom of a greater problem. If you look at the history of the Eagles over the past decade or so, it seems they always have some guy who's gonna be the next greatest quarterback in the league, who just doesn't pan out. They've put together some very talented teams, but have just never been able to get their act together. To me, that says there's a management/coaching problem.

Offensive line is a HUGE issue for the Eagles. Maybe they should have spent some of that money on a few more good Big Uglies instead of Pretty Boys.

Vick would get as beat up behind the patriots offensive line.
There is no offensive line that can hold blocks while Vick runs around like a decapitated chicken. That's exactly why running qb's don't work in the nfl.

Full disclosure: I'm a Cowboys fan.

I think the problem is Andy Reid. I THINK he completely mismanaged the team when McNabb was QB. McNabb was a top 5-or-10 QB and might have been a top 3 QB, but they never ran. Do you really think Aikman was Hall of Fame-worthy without the running game to lean on and force the defense to be balanced? That's probably why Marino never made it to another Superbowl. Why would anyone think that Vick, who's not a true pocket passer, would succeed in Reid's 80% passing offense? The only hope is that the defense would be strong enough to sustain a lot of three-and-outs.

I hope that the defense keeps coming up short. For the sake of the Cowboys and dogs everywhere. Frickin' creep. I hope he has a headache and his hand hurts. Just kidding. A little. But I sorely hope his salary penalizes the Iggles salary cap for generations to come! They booed Santa after all.
