We will start on Oct 15,2011 7am-3pm $30.00 a Boat we will fish every Saturday until it is to cold to fish or nobody shows up. Director fishes for free $25 for pay out $5 will go to Big Fish. We will be at Moutardier Ramp. Hope to see you There Thanks John

This may sound stupid but "open" means no membership or anything? Just show up, pay, and fish?

Not Stupid if you do not know ask. Yes a Open is just what it sounds like a Open no memberships just show up pay your money and fish and have a Good time.
