Any Guist Creek Reports

If anyone can add some advice on how to fish Guist Creek this time of year, My ears are wide open. Will be fishing first of next week. What type of bank, or type of lure? Not asking for too much, just some place to start. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

was there this past friday for the afternoon...caught a few on square bill and worms...alot of bait fish pushed back in a few of the creeks but wasn't really much going on...I've fished that place a bunch over the summer and it just gets tough, there are some hawgs in there tough...its not a big place so I would just try to cover alot of water

I havent been for a while but if i went right now i would head into the main creek. Starting at the bridge and working my way back until i found them. Fishing with crankbaits and small brown jigs/grub trailers, hope can help some but no promises. Good day and good fishin!

I fished it sunday. Had pretty good luck fishing a jig. Tried some top water but didn't have any luck with it. Started out up past the bridge. Morning bite was good until sun came out bright in the afternoon then bite got slow.

I haven't fished Guist in a long time, but used to quite often. I got some advice that seemed to help: throw something uncommon. That lake gets so much pressure I think the fish get conditioned to common lures. Different color, different size, different way to work it...something.
