* canoe found floating down the white river....Did paperwork to keep it.....Middle School.
* 15ft Fisher 15hp with a 9.9hp cover......
* 17ft Tracker 40hp that I blew, replaced with a 50hp
* 19ft tracker 90hp Opti
* 14ft Sears 12 hp, replaced with a 7.5hp.....leaked like crap. USED 3 times.
* 17ft Old Towne Canoe
* 17ft Boundary Waters Canoe.

Started out at Guist had a camp there with a 10 foot john and trolling motor.
Then a 12 foot john with a 10hp Tiller and trolling motor.
Then a 16 foot Fiberglass ''Terry'' bassboat at age 15. Had a 65hp Rude on the back. I thought I was the Shiznit.

Present date a 2000 model Champion 18 foot with a Yamaha VMax 150.

Then to be safer I bought the 1994 Monarch Pontoon and took it to the Ohio River.....where it quickly became the U-505 armed with 2 inert torpedoes.

The latest makes me feel far more secure: Compare the boat picture at the first link, to my boat at the second link. I think subliminally, it's why I feel secure in this boat.

* Grew up in a 16' Jon-Boat my dad had. Had a 33 Johnson Sea Horse (tiller style). I swear that sucker would pull a skier but we never tried it. Caught many MANY fish in that boat back in the 60's/70's down at Cumberland.

* 1960/1970 something Starcraft 18' run-about style fiberglass boat, had what looked like "lap-strake" (but it was fiberglass), had a 70hp Evinrude. Sold it to a friend of mines dad who made one heck of a nice Striper Fishing rig out of it. After I saw what he done with it I wanted it back, lol

* 1957 16' v-bottom with original 1957 Holsclaw Trailer (break away style trailer), even has the original hub caps...a very cool old boat/trailer combination. Has a late 60's/early 70's 20 hp Johnson on it. Thinking very seriously about selling it.

* 1989 19' Lowe Jon-Boat, 70 hp Evinrude...For Sale.

* 1997 Sea Ray 240 Sun Dancer. Just winterized this week and stored in a shed at Bill's Boat Barn on 127.

1985 astro with a 150 mercury, next was a 1993 glassport 16 ft. with a 115 evenrude, next was a 2005 16 ft nitro, with a 90 mercury. it's the one I have now, and at my age it should do me for as long as I'm able to fish. I hope so anyway, I sure don't want to buy another one.
