The Zilpo Flats always hold fish both bass and musky, just get on the weed edges and position your boat in about 7-10 feet and cast up into 3-4 feet where the weeds are, shouldn't be too hard to figure out just look at the pattern of the bouy's and they make a horseshoe shape and thats marks the edge. Big Cave Run, little Cave Run Creek, Scotts Creek, Clay lick (the hollow by the ramp), Warrix, and Beaver Creek and all the hollows in it should all be holding musky right now I would reccomend throwing a bladed bait of some kind, a bucktail or a 1oz or bigger spinnerbait. The weed growth is down this year becuase of the spring flood but there is grass in places and when you find it, it should be holding muskies. Check out Justin Mullin's report.
