I would have been out there today but it took me all day long to rewire my boat trailers plug and the trucks matching 4 pin flat plug.
I wasted more time due to the fact that the stupid test plug was not working right. I should have just got my DVM out and used it. I would have found out that I didn't have any problems and been out fishing today by 4 pm. Instead I wasted another 3 or 4 hours running to the stores to find parts for the electricl connections.
Tomorrow I am going for sure ... Hopely! Keeping my fingers crossed that nothing else breaks or screws up between now and then.
I may work on the trailer wiring as I don't like the way I did it. It's too long now and I can't stuff is back into the trailer tongue as the white ground wire needs to be lengthened. It's connected to a screw that's screwed into the trailer tongue metal and the wire is attached with a round ring like connector. This helps to keep the lights grounded for better operation.
