Perhaps you should think about buying a minnow trap, putting it out in small streams and catching wild minnows. Good luck

Yeah I think I might have on in my shed.I also got a small stream behind my house but you have to walk throgh the woods a little ways down a pretty slep grade !

There is a small bait shop in Alvaton, Southern Kentucky Marine Trading Post that sells goldfish and minnows. You can also get them at Ranger Bobs.

In an area of town called Frog Level, on Madison Street past Chaneys auto body on the left after the curve if you are headed from downtown out of town.

Used to the little market in behind Frosty Freeze carried them.

You can buy them by the pound from J&L market over by Barren to keep in a tank at home.
