You should be able to get them in the morning as well. They have been active in the morning then die down, again at 3-4, die down then just before dark and continue on. The morning bite though oddly has been hit or miss for some reason, they will be biting or not but they will start again if you don't get the early bite. Early bite has always been the most consistant but not so much recently at least in my experience.
