This is so STUPID. people fighting/trashin/name calling, getting mad that someone dosent like UK/UL of Bugtussel U. I commend people for supporting the teams of their choice. but the aruging, bacbitin and childish behavior from grown men, this is FUNNY, that is what is funny, just watchin some get all bent outa shape cause someone called your team someting, or say they ****,or whaterever. Funny thing, these teams/coaches/etc they dont care about you as much as you do about them. UL/UK/ we have more schools than them in KY. Funny how true. It is funny.

Well, here's my take on this. When I come on the board, which I do almost daily, I click on "new post". And then Wow, what a garden variety of topics to select from. I don't only see the post title, but also the board on which it is posted! One of the first I chose to open is the "Off Topics", well that was in the past! Some of the "rants" have, and continue to go "over board", and I have recently learned to just skip over them. With that being said, I'm thinking a separate board for "sports" would be helpful.

Might also be helpful if there was a separate board for "politics". I, as well as others on the board, have a hate/love with the subject. Will be interesting to read the postings if the GOP regains the Pres, Senate, and maintains the House.......Suspect there will be nothing to talk about..??

    Thanks for listening,

The hate when Bush was president is 100 x worse than the rhetoric being directed at the dems and the current administration.

I'd LOVE for one time for you guys to admit that......JUST ONCE.

I personally think the chaos created in Washington is good for discussion. When one group owns the house, the senate, the judiciary, and the white house, it leads to SILLY STUFF being done.

It is a **** shame that the foolish pubs under Bush spent like drunken sailors. Had the been a little fiscally responsible we would have never elected Obama, and we would have NEVER passed Obamacare, or spent the money that Obama has been spending.

I really am interested in the "change" the pubs can bring. I just wonder if it will be 1994 type change or what.........

No matter.........WE NEED to stop the bleeding and we need direction and leadership.

lol! Yeah, right. The righties on the board have gone waaaaay beyond any of the bashing that the lefties did on Bush.

I do agree with you that we are waaaay past due for some real leadership in this country.

I know I'm definitely guilty of being way out of line on some of the things I have wrote about Obama...however what I have wrote here is nothing compared to what I would say in conversation with someone.

It's not a left or right thing with me....it's more about the POTUS himself. Clinton was ok by me...Bush #1 was ok by me, Bush #2 fell below Clinton and Bush #1 in my opinion. But I can't harp on Bush #2 to much...after all, this country suffered the largest amount of civilian casualties in it's history while under his watch.

As for Obama, my gosh man...I don't know what to say...he takes the cake!! Having him for POTUS beats all I've ever seen! However...I've been wondering if Obama can have the finger pointed at him 100%....maybe the finger should be pointed at the American citizens for votiing him in in the first place. Hopefully in the next election the number of intelligent voters who show up to vote will out number the...the...the not so intelligent voters. And please don't go on some wild rant on me about me mentioning voting democrat is non-intelligent. I didn't indicate that. But I do feel a lot of uninformed people showed up just to vote for Obama for no other reason than because.....(I'll let you all fill in the blank here).

Good to see you post something Andrew, I always appreciate your input on the political discussions.

Completely agree with you there. I almost voted for Clinton, ended up voting for Perot instead. WISH I had not. BUT Clinton was better than Bush 1, at least at the time I thought so.

Biggest GRIPE about Bush 2 was appeasing folks by passing MAPD, and not paying for the wars with IRAQ and Afghanistan. I don't really care about WMD's, fake war, whatever. Pretty MUCH everyone was behind the pres, and when he went to Congress for approvals (which he always got), we went to war. Simple.

I have a HUGE issue with how Obama handles these things.......He used the War Powers Act to respond to Libya, which is within his rights, but THEN there was no congressional vote to approve his actions.......AND with the sending of troops to Africa.....he sent a letter to congress outlining what HE was doing. That letter should have been sent before sending our troops. Just my thoughts on the matter.

On a positive. He is POTUS, and I do like the fact that he is still pursuing the enemy and killing them whenever we find them. I personally like KILLING them instead of capturing them. MUCH BETTER OUTCOME, and he keeps it out of Holders hands, because everyone knows Holder is an IDIOT.
