Falls of the Ohio tips

A buddy and me will be down at the falls tomorrow. Does anyone have any recent reports or tips. We will probably have some cat poles out and doing some other artificial baits for stripers or whatever else we can get to bite. Again does anyone have any suggestions on what to try tomorrow?

Hybrids will be around the lower spillway

Where is the lower spillway? I know the hydros on the ky side, and the park on the Indiana side.
