Thanks to all that have pointed me in the right direction. I bought a few props from a dealer going out of business, including 2 new Rakers. The 20 pitch fits perfectly with my setup instead of the 18" that was on my outboard originally that I think someboady had reworked.

So now I have a new in the box 13.5" x 18 pitch Raker prop for sale $250 shipped or best offer. Fits 13 spline prop shaft, mounted on my boat and ran less than 15 minutes, prop is as new with no marks or wear.
