First thing I would do would be to check the fuses. Just because they look good doesn't mean they are good. Just put a meter on them and do a continuity test.

I own a Ranger 520. The boat has set in my barn about a month since I last used it. I went to check the gas level and had no power. I plugged it up to my charger and one indicator light on the left was blinking. I took the battery to be tested and the battery was dead. I bought a new battery put it in the boat and still nothing. The two breaker switches in the back are turned on. I checked the fuses in the box they are all good. My routine is I put the boat on charge as soon I get it home to charge for a week. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?

I'd start putting a volt meter on it. Check at the battery, check the terminals, follow those wires to the console and check there. having everything totally dead after installing a new battery is strange. It has to be a fuse, bad breaker or a wire break.
Mice???
Thanks for the info. Yep. I thought about the mice thing too!
You don't have a short-stop breaker built into the positive terminals where they connect to the battery do you. If so they have a reset button on them.
