Wow, lots of fog first thing. There must have been a tourney going out at Moutadier, lots of guys standing next to their boats looking out at the fog. I opted for the State Park, to let some fog burn off while driving. I launched about 8:30 and idled to Briar Creek because it was pea soup still. Didn't do much back in the creek, moved out to main lake points and caught a few keepers on craw imitations, then worked some main lake docks with a tube and caught a bunch of shorts. I didn't see too many of those tournament boats, guess they all went up lake.Water temps were in the low to mid 60's. Full sun pretty much. Oh yeah, caught one short on a gunfish. I haven't seen much shad activity in the creeks. Slow to move I guess. Lake is still turning over, got some nasty scum on the boat. Spotted a few schools of fish on the sonar out on main lake though.
