i have 1. SM from Cumberland, Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout from the Cumberland River.

so i'm curious to how to do this. i've caught 2 brown trout over 20 inches this year. do i just send a picture in and thats it?

Thats all i have done with the fish on a riverbassin board so there is no question about it size.I have gotten the same day review from KDFW
