Opinions wanted on neighbor fued

I've had the trash/leaf problems before with my neighbors.
Guy across the street blew a bunch of leafs in my yard. I got out the mower with the bagger, got all the leafs up then dumped the bag on their front porch.

People next to me had a huge party one night and got all kind of trash on my front lawn. I waited until about noon the next day and saw that no one was going to clean up so I picked it all up. Beer cans, cigarette packs, snack wrappers. Got it up walked up my neighbors driveway next to her car, pulled on the driver door handle which was unlocked and tossed everything in there.

After they mowed down yalls flowers I think at about 1am that night I would've turned their lawn into a figure 8 track. Got the camaro out and open the cut offs so its straight headers. They would be laying in bed thinking the Germans are invading.

I am not qualified to give legal advice, but it is my understanding that you can use deadly force to protect yourself if you feel your life is threatened. That does not mean that the same applies to protecting personal property. He has no right to be on your property, but you cannot shoot him for trespassing regardless of how much you think he deserves it. JMO

YEP!!! That's what they told us at our carry and conceal class!!! But if he is coming at you and you feared for your safety/life then it is warranted to defend yourself. You can't shoot if they are carrying an object and leaving - "leaving" being the word, now I say this but trust me I WILL PROTECT MY OWN!!!
