Go back in creeks and bays. Should be able to catch some on top and lipless crankbaits. Good luck

I forgot to mention if you stick to the old methods---sexy shad crankbaits,rattle traps and swim baits worked real well a couple of weeks ago on KY Lake--lbl side. Mid to backs of creeks.

Was at ky lake near 68 brigde last week. compared to trips in the fall the last 5 years...it was tough fishing for our group. Granted, we still caught on ave 3 to 5 keepers each day per boat, but the number of total fish caught was way below normal. Normally we catch numbers of fish at or less than 15 inches. Not so for us this year. We didn't see any fish in the jumps either and we were on the water at daybreak and sundown. Lots of Tournament guys launching alabama rigs all around us. Seems like there are were more tournies going on this year too..Felt like spring fishing on the big lakes. More smallies were caught this year than most though.
