No Service to Illegal Aliens

I went to my county court house today to pay my property taxes and stopped by a couple of offices to say "hello" to some old friends. I noticed signs posted on EVERY door (except restrooms) that let the illegals know they weren't welcome. Immigration laws were recently passed in Alabama, and enforcement started immediately. The signs read, "If you are an immigrant, you must be legal in order to receive service. You are required to provide documents proving your immigration status, current residential address, birth certificate, drivers license, social security number, green card, and proof of insurance, in order to purchase a car tag or mobile home tax sticker. You are forbidden from doing business in any name other than your own."

I guess that's called 'taking up the welcome mat' because I didn't see even one Mexican in the whole city.

I'm not coldhearted about people trying to better themselves. I am against this ignorance towards what illegal means!! Illegal is something not authorized by law. So why is it hard to arrest, contain or root out illegal immigrants? I think it's because politicians are using them as pawns for support, votes or whatever they can get from them. It sure doesn't seem to be about the law. If the politicians really wanted to stop the flow and drain on the tax paying citizens (and this country needs it) they would stop it. We can travel across the world and rebuild countries we have destroyed in wars, we can spend billions on the war on terror, we can build massive buildings, massive ships, put tons of metal into space, men on the moon and on and on but we can't move resources to the borders?? Talk about creating jobs!?!?! Build an impenetrable wall with guards and state of the art detection devices to stop this crap. It can be done. There are no obstacles on the borders that cannot be overcome. The bull the politicians feed us is ridiculous...

Speaking of borders did you hear Obama wants to build a fence or wall along the Canadian border to keep those pesty Canadians out. We must be a real threat to your security. But he cant put a proper electric fence on the Mexican border. Helllllloooooooooo what is wrong with this picture.

One of the things wrong is that Obama doesn't know if Mexico is to the north or south of the USA. One state in the USA, I think it is Colorado, has so many Mexicans and Blacks in it that favor Obama, some believe it can swing the election in his favor. He has no chance of getting the Canadian vote.

Today a murder trial was being held in the court room and the judge ordered a recess. Several of the people came outside to relax. I was standing near the entrance waiting for a thunderstorm to lighten up so I wouldn't get soaked going to the car. The Chief Detective and Chief Deputy walked out and saw me. The Chief Detective (lifetime friend) walked over and took my hand and said, "Come over here and let me talk to you." I said, "Do you have any handcuffs, I had rather go to jail than to drive in this rain?" We walked over to the side, away from everyone else, and he asked how I was doing since my family died. Then he leaned over and whispered, "How do you like it since the Mexicans have gone? I know you must be missing the smell of recycled onions." lol

One good way to reduce the illegal immigrant population in this state would be to discourage these check cashing places. I figure if Obama can put coal companies out of business he could do it to these places too without a peep from the ACLU. These are the places that the illegals are cashing their paychecks at. I see hundreds of them in line there.

I read it as he is just saying he is tired of the way this problem has been handled up to this point. It's about time something is being done. We can't keep going the way we are as a country when we are providing daycare, medical and other financial assistance to millions of folks without them putting in the system. How many leeches can we have before we get sukked dry?? So what if we stumble around with laws that might infringe on illegals? Key word here is ILLEGAL. For the last who knows how many years they have infringed on me and you so I could care less if one of them feels victimized. I'm not talking KKK either.
