Need help reading the Hyro at McAlpine

Hey guys, since I moved away I forgot what numbers to look for on the charts that indicate decent fishing water this winter for sauger. I had some one from Indianapolis ask me but I just cant remember. Can any one tell me what levels are right so I can tell him so he can plan a trip from Indy when the water is right?

    Thanks in advance guys!

Re: Need help reading the Hyro at McAlpine

Some have different opinions on what levels are the best but I have always liked current but less is best. 12 to 13 feet on the lower gauge would fit less is best and up to 16 feet or so is my limit. Any more is too much current for me and less that 12 gets down to shutting off the gates. I also prefer the current on the upper gates rather than lower...
