Wife asked me to make a list of fishin stuff I wanted for next season. Thinking of upgrading some rods this year. So used to the common Ugly Stik and the dependability. Anybody have some recommendations of a decent rod a little more upscale? I typically use a senko Texas style. Love my bait caster reels too. Looking for a good rod less than or around $100. Also does the fast tip or extra fast tip really make a huge difference?
