I would not put the Big Ten in second, we are talking about CONFERENCE and not Michigan State. Until the Big Ten does anything consistently there is no way they are #2. ACC and a bunch of conferences battling it out for the second spot will be more like it
I would say the balance of power could shift slightly to the ACC depending on how things play out. Right now the ACC is nothing but UNC and DUke, very top heavy with little depth. The thing that has made the Big East so good in the past few years was the depth and balance. There was no dominant team, but a whole lot of very good ones.
I would rank them potentially as
1.) ACC
1.A) Big East
2. SEC with the addition of aTm and Mizzou next season.
3.) toss up between the Big 10 and the Pac 12.
4.) Big 12
Seasons a bit early now lets see whats happening in March.
