Question Both CNN & Fox blame Europe, not the "Super Committee"

When the so-called "super-committee" was about to announce failure, the stock market dropped, and the news outlets were attributing that to their failure. So I thought it was interesting when I read an article on CNN.com about the bad week on Wall St. and it blamed it all on the problems in Europe, without even mentioning the "super-committee." At first I though, "OK, here's a good example of this left-wing slant my Republican friends are always saying exists in the media." So I checked Fox News, and found the same thing. Sorry, but I find it really odd that neither outlet is putting any of the blame for the markets tanking on what happened in Congress this week. Thoughts?

I figured as much with the global economy. I heard some experts talking of a bailout and the US helping with it?? Geez how would that be possible?

I still say the Super Com. Was a farce. No way they would do anything, I mean why not do their job prior to this special deal? How many years of either party controlling congress and doing things their way and then having to compromise their beliefs with elections coming up that can swing control of congress? Naw figured it was another waste of resources.....maybe they could have formed a panel to Investigate the NBA lockout and accomplished something?

I can't belive they're saying it's Europe's fault. for the last 3 years it's been President Obamas fault for everything that has happened. for the so called " super committee " or the " tea party " or the " democratic national committee " it don't matter what the name is they give themselfs. to try and make the voters think they are different. look at the faces you see on tv. and you will see the same bunch of crooks that I do. they are the same bunch that has been in washington for 30 years. and have undermined our country, to the point of no return. and they, the republicians and democrats are trying to give themselfs a nickname, to make everyone think they are a different bunch. " super committee " if I call my little dog " a duck " and I look at her and still see a dog. is she really a dog or a duck?
