Elwood's in bad shape...

tonite is again in the hospital.

For those that know Elwood....we need to get together for a blooddrive. He is A negative...I'm not sure who's compatible, but I'm O+ and will be going to donate...he's seriously in bad shape....no red blood cells, hemaglobin count really bad....a lot more I don't understand.....

Dave, Geo, TNbassman30....if you see this post give me a call tomorrow,,,,859-457-0772...for I have no service where I am tonite,,that goes for anyone.


I'm really worried about this deal....uncontrolled bleeding is not good....

oh no the news I have been dreading to hear for the past 4 years. I wish I was living in Kentucky so I could donate blood cuz I would for Elnut. He has been through so much pain with his health. I will send my prayers for his improved health and strength for himself his wife and his children. God Bless You Elnut. Margie

I'm sure where he is at they'll have enough, but if we could organize a Fishin.com blood drive in general it would help him and others,,,he is A-....during the UK/Tn football game they always had a blood drive...maybe we could do a UK/U of L basketball game blood drive....would have to act quick though...

Geez that doesn't sound good. Wish him the best! I'm A+ which doesn't help him for red blood cells but I would think they have enough blood at the hospitals right? He needs A- or O- for red blood cells. I'm asking cause I don't have a clue how much blood is available??

They won't let me donate my blood anymore, but I would if I could for sure. I donated everytime I could to the Red Cross, but now they say they can't take my blood.

I'm A+, but A- isn't THAT rare, so hopefully they will have ensough on hand. You can't really donate for a specific person anyway, they're going to give it to whoever they think is most in need.
