There's no loyalty to a team anymore in sports at all...It's all about the money..But come on...250 million to play baseball...Puhol's will never ever run out of money even if he took the 220 million offered by the Cardinal's....

You also have to take into consideration, that he is not getting any younger, and playing in the field is not going to get any easier. Now with an AL team, he has the option to DH. Not that playing baseball is a rough career, but now he has the option of working part time for more pay. I would have jumped on it as well.
