I have not fished Newton. I also live in Evansville but my boat has a 115 on it. I have thought about getting a Jon boat with 10 hp to fish some of these smaller lakes. I kinda miss it. I have just heard lake Egypt being a power plant lake seems to have good quality fish in it. But I didn't want to show up with out knowing a little bit about the lake rules. I appreciate the information.
