Any info would be appreciated.
Been catching a few back in the flooded creeks going into the main river.Mostly catching hybrids, and whites with quite afew flathead...nothing over 20#...bait wasters.Last week I was catching quite a few large and smallmouth on a countdown rapala.I think the sauger are there just not in big numbers in the creeks. I fish Mcalpine dam and the last couple weeks I wouldn't want to be in a boat out there lol. The river is falling, up until the next batch a rain so there might be some hope of a sauger season this year.
