He was still trying to clean his hands at the time from gutting his deer. We got the 4 wheeler goin and loaded up my deer and then we went to get his. We loaded up the deer and headed to the truck and unloaded the deer in the bed of the truck. We then drove to the check in station / processer for the deer meat. Once there the guy went to check the deer and he noticed one deer had not been tagged. He asked my buddy about his tag, sure enough during the time of the 4 wheeler not starting and him helpin me out. He did forget to tag his deer, he pulled out his tag and then tagged the deer.
So yes sometimes people do forget to tag their deer.....
