just wondering if anyone has been striper fishing recentley and have caught any keepers. with the weather beginning to warm up again i am getting the itch to get back down. we fished a couple of weeks before xmas and had good luck fishing around the lees ford area. we caught as many as 20 fish with 4 nice keepers in the 27in. range. we fished with a guide the first day without much success but obtained alot of useful info. went back out the next day and killed them. pretty much tipical striper fishing as they are either on or off. came back home to southern in. and went to hardy lake a couple of days later and caught one nice 15 pounder. i am new to this sight and as soon as i figure out how to do it i will post picture. we fish lake monroe in the late fall for hybrids and did pretty well this year. water temps are still warmer than i have seen in the past for this time of year and am hoping for a extended season. any info on cland would be helpful thanks
