Anyone having luck with theirs? I seem to be having trouble. Fishing for stripers in the McAlpine dam area. Would try somewhere else but im not close. Any suggestions or tips for me? Im using a 5 arm rig with four inch white shad at the moment.

what size heads are you using? how deep are the fish you're trying to catch? how clean is the water? What speed retrieve? Are you counting it down or starting to reel as soon as hits the water?
I have used 1/8 and 3/16. Medium reterieve on 30 pound braid. I think I need a little heaver line.
I use 1/4 mostly with 3/8 if I'm fishin it 20-25. I recommend that you glue the heads on your swimbaits (keeps you from having to put them back up on the hook after a few casts). I think 65 pound braid is best as this gives you the best shot at straightening something out instead of breaking the line when trying to unsnag it from a tree or bush. You can catch them at varying depths. Most of them have been 8-15 feet deep. Slow retrieve if they are on or near the bottom and a little faster with a countdown if they are suspended. Sometimes 3.5 inch swimbaits work better and other times 5 or 6 inch swimbaits works best. Other times I will put the smaller ones on with a bigger swimbait in on the center arm. I've bought what I have from a guy on ebay who makes and sells them his Ebay ID is angryrailroader. He sells some pre-rigged I think. I've had no problems with them (other than I originally got too many). Hope this helps and I have caught bass on the only 2 lakes that I've tried them on (some only a few days ago). Not sure about the stripers as I haven't caught any on it at Cumberland yet.

dont know if the fish were even there, i was on the bank. water was not clear. retrieving speed was fairly fast as i didnt want to get hung up on the rocks. 1/4 ounce head. reeling as soon as it hits.
It's really hard to catch fish on any kind of swimbaits in dirty water. You basically have to hit them in the nose with it. Not saying it can't be done but it's pretty **** hard to do. You really need some cleaner water for them. Doesn't have to be gin clear by any means but lightly stained at the worst. You also have to very your retrieve speeds and try different depths to really tell where the fish are holding.
