Re: So how does GM repay the United States.......

So they move these factories for what reason? They cost to much to build here? To operate? What's different here than over there? Unions? Gubment regulations? Why cant the administration be blamed for any of this?? They used our money to keep GM from going under and they just allow them to move on and take how many jobs? I remember hearing GM was strapped with paying pensions and some bad union contracts have made it next to impossible to operate.
Why would anyone blame the business? They have to go where they can prosper ......If the gubment and unions here didn't look for handouts and unfair regulations maybe companies could do business here?
I saw a news clip a few months back about how a senator said these business's keep trying to dodge our us laws so the law makers keep making new ones to try and snag some of their money in taxes and fees. He said its a high stakes game.
The companies play games like having their headquarters in other countries which could amount to a PO box or rented meeting room just to beat some USA regulations. I say why not work with them instead of trying to penalize them for doing business here.
