I know that Bush made recess appointments too, but in those cases, the Senate was NOT in session.....Obama completely bypassed the rules in place and did it BE DAMNED the senate.

I suspect there is a constitutional challenge coming our way.

Why arent anyone else reporting this terrible situation? Could be its a common thing I guess. Unconstitutional, I seriously doubt anything will come from this. Cant you find a story that will bring Obama down, I doubt it and he (will) be reelected!

You know.......PART of the "plan" by the left is to make people SO SICK and TIRE of politics that that just give up. I'm afraid lots of folks are giving up.

I for one......WILL never give up what I believe. I will NEVER lay down.

People are probably sick and tired of hearing my rants about this, but LOOK AROUND.....our country is falling apart. I know Moderate Liberals who HATE what is going on, yet they simply refuse to not vote or better......VOTE for a republican.

I doubt that I will ever give up the HOPE that NObama will NOT be re-elected. If he does get re-elected it will only be because no one else put on a big enough sales pitch to sway enough votes in their direction, in other words, the ONLY reason NObama will be re-elected is by default....no one worth voting for so don't vote at all will be the mentallity of some, but it's this very train of thought that will allow that useless piece to get re-elected.
