Edit, I read the wrong thing. Most in-state kids are not being recruited hard by the Louisville staff, UK only beat Louisville out for one in-state kid they were after. WKU got not only Wales, but also the QB from Seneca who was a top 10 quarterback in the class of 2011. He originally committed to Louisville but backed out after Bridgewater committed. He then committed to Central Florida, but never enrolled and sat out this year. There were a couple of other recruits that WKU beat UK out for, but I would have to go back and look who they were.
BTW Willie Taggart is going to be a great head coach. He was a dynamite qb during his playing days at Western and he had been working as an assistant at Stanford under John Harbaugh prior to getting the WKU job.
