Its 3 baits per rod, includes any teasers such as blades or baits without hooks, thats three total.I dont agree with the teasers just have to obey as live in tn.
Bear in mind when past the 68 bridge its easy to cross over to tn as line runs down the center of the old tn river bed.Not just the west bank and or coves.
We have a game warden who would love to be sitting up around blood river passing citations out,hes currently on hold that far up but may not be for 2012.
Think it wont happen try crossing Barkley line with a short smallie, and the ky lake line not so definative for casual boaters dnr does know where its at,you can argue in nashville that you were in ky,wont fly any better than it did for the game warden.

I think tn has made its mind up due to anglers at newjohnsonville asking for a ruling, and in the spring could possibly be enforced fairly far up.
Should it happen just accept the citation(about 300 dollars),argue with him and fine will go up and up and up x number of illegal caught fish in livewell,a used 20 ft boat would just about cover the fines.
I fish a legal three rig and dont see much difference in actual catch rate.
