Anyone wanting to catch a musky should come to the tailwaters below Cave Run Lake. I've been crappie fishing there for the last month, and have seen several large musky caught, two over 50". I've had a couple spool my spinning reel after grabbing a crappie I was realing in. They have been caught on live shad and suckers. It seems that the more cubic feet per second, the more muskies show up. Right now the outflow is about 3500 cfs. I stopped by around 4:30 and fished for crappie and saw at least 5 musky hits into schools of large shad in the eddys. One crappie in 45 minutes. Good luck if you go.
