Wouldn't buy niether...I'd keep myself right here in Kentucky or Tennessee near the Cumberland River and Dale Hollow.

So true so true............

If I had a few hundred million.........I'd first MAKE sure I was comfortable, and then buy a fishing lodge or something down at KY or Dale, and invite my good friends for lots, and lots and lots of trips........EXPENSES PAID......

But I'm not rich........

I've often thought about trying to create a "fishing club" with a few buddies where there was a 10-20k buyin....AND then there would be a time share type place where you'd have a place to stay and park the boat. Maybe for up to 8 folks.

There would obviously be some type of yearly fees, maybe 100-500 yr.

There are lots of these type of things around the country.....I wonder if it would work around here.
