Don't think so ... who'd want a jumbled mess of rusting metal & blacktop to fish around ??

My best guess is, since the company that owns the boat is cleaning up the mess ... they're going to salvage that metal to recoup some $$ to pay for the damages & lost shipping time. (if they're allowed to) Otherwise, the state would probably get the salvage $$.
