Something came across to me in an email...I have no idea if there's any truth to any of it or not...just figure I would throw it out here for discussion, see what anyone here knows.
1. Mormon policy is that there must be a temple built within a mile of every public high school in America. This policy has actually been implemented successfully in Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon and is almost complete in Nevada.
2. Mormon parents must seek school board appointment in an effort to enact policies that support the goals of the Mormon church. For example -time away from class as well as class credit for their highschool age children to attend Temple classes during the school day. This policy has been very successful in Arizona. Even at my kids school- which has low Mormon enrollment- the kids are allowed to use first period for temple class- and the temple is just across the street from the high school. This policy allows Mormon’s to use the tax payer provided public school system to their advantage.
3. Mormon’s are strongly encouraged if not required to serve in public office- again in an effort to influence public policy decisions that benefit the Mormon values and goals.
4. Utah has the greatest concentration of Mormons in the country- second is Arizona. Utah has the highest per capita suicide rate in the country- most suicides accomplished with a gun.
5. Mormon’s are required to tithe 10%- and this is checked against pay stubs by the bishop of the stake. (Ward is a parish, a “stake” is a diocese- they took catholic organizational ideas when developing the organization of the Mormon church). If they do not show pay stubs to check their tithing they can be excommunicated.
6. The Mormon’s are very focused on developing networks- they hire only Mormons when they are in a position to hire, they trade amongst themselves including homes-and they have their own financing network. They offer low interest or interest free mortgages to members, also they subsidize college tuition for members going to Brigham Young Univ.
7. Much of the Super Pac money supporting Romney is coming from the Mormon church. The Mormon “church” is a cult, and a very, very clever one. Most of the male members of the church are encouraged to pursue higher educational degrees and public policy positions.
If you elect a Mormon to President you can be assured that the Mormon church’s power, size and influence will grow exponentially.
