Hard not to stay with the ETEC with the way the one on my old boat has performed.....never had an engine that did not give me some problems but the ETEC on my old boat has been unbelievably maintenance free other than normal maintenance schedule items. If it was big enough to put on this boat I would keep it...LOL

bent ,,,they kinda look like the bow and stern are lower than the middle of the boat (optical illusion) or too much hooch one or the other..lol

Yes exactly why I call them bent boats,illusion or not ,certainly not the straight hull lines of the old 300 series.Also cures some of that tell tale hull slap one could hear from 1/4 mile away,coupled with a tad smoother ride.
Yes owned a 373v once myself.
