Just a suggestion but you might want to lighten up on the political stuff a little bit, especially the Obama hate stuff. Your starting to sound more and more bitter every day and we want the fun good ol DJD back.
I only saw a clip of what he said so I don't know the whole story but was he asked a question about being re-elected or anything else political?
And as Tim has already pointed out "it is a tradition that has been going on since at least Reagan was in the White House and possibly longer. World Series champsn, Super Bowl, National champs in college football and basketball." all get invited to the White House.
