Drugs being illegal does nothing to keep them out of the hands of people that want them...

What it does is give criminals an opportunity to make untaxed profits on the street by selling weed, pills, cocaine, meth, whatever.

Legalize it. Tax it. Let companies produce it and profit from it...just like Marlboro, Budweiser, Makers Mark, and countless others already do with other addictive/mood-altering substances that are totally horrible for your health.

If nothing else, it would make for some funny commercials...heck, the SuperBowl Halftime Show might end up being sponsored by "Wacky-Backy" brand marijuana someday.
