rough river crappie question?

It's not that I don't think we can. It's that the area we fish we cant get into the creeks with our boat. And I'm just curious with this warm winter if they have moved out to spawn early

They are on the main lake. The locals are catching limits off their brush piles.

We were up on Rough 2 weeks ago. Crappie were WAY up the creeks. Caught fish all day. Had to walk the bank in spots.

The last I've seen is they are catching them shallow close to cover. If you could please give a report once you get done on here or through a pm I'm going Saturday and would like to know what to expect

Went to rough today. Very windy, bite was slow. Only managed 14 keepers, with about 20 short fish. Most came on channel banks, very close to the bank in 4 to 6 feet. Water color looked pretty dirty, not sure what effect last nights storms had on that . Water temp. Weof 48 degrees.e
