Uk Practice...on the tele

Im watching this (home sick) and I wonder if this is a good example of a regular practice? I have never watched one before at this level so I don't know? I'm sure the language is cleaned up some (still heard a few poop words) but what about the intensity? No matter really, I'm enjoying what I see.

Actually, I wondered the same thing myself. I watched a little of the dog and pony show today at my office with the guys. Interesting. I'll bet our televised practice on ESPNU at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday got better ratings than some of the actual games from other teams on ESPNU tonight. LOL
