ok I am going to be a woman right now and tell you that stories like this with horrible abuse of pets makes me cry I do not understand how any sick SOB can treat a dog or cat or any pet with such cruelty. I mean it would be more humane to put a bullet in their head so they could die quickly not like this. My vet said starvation and illness untreated are the worst and most painful ways an animal can die. I think the Clint Eastwood would come out of me if I ever met up with the person who does this stuff to animals. I think the police would have to be called cuz I would have a hard time controlling my temper. They deserve to be charged and serve some jail time for cruelty of animals. Is that not an offense down there???
