just wondering if WAX boat ramp is assesable never been to nolin was going down wed if the weather holds thanks

If you never been to Nolin before. I would not put in at Wax at winter pool. If you don't know the river you will end up on bottom. It's super shallow at Wax at winter pool.

And the dock anchors will destroy your boat if you find one

I agree! Even with most all ramps are accessible, Moutadier is your best bet at winter pool.
