Louisville's new Police chief

So I watch the news last evening and they show the new Chief and say alot of the men and women really like him and he should be a good fit. Seemed to me like a good hire??

Then the news pans to the front row where all the Black leaders/preachers ect are sitting.
They ask the black leaders what they think of the new hire?

All of them were of the same opinion they were'nt happy about it.
Why you ask...Because they wanted a African American female to be chief...Why, just because they felt that is what the city should do, that they had come this far, why should we regress now......What?????

WTH.......I don't get this crap, why is it now all high end jobs are suppose to go to African American people, who the Hell made that rule. I thought it was suppose to be the BEST and most QUALIFIED person for the job....This kinda stuff really chaps my ass...

I saw that as well Mark and just shook my head. That being said, on the news report I saw Christopher 2X was not one of those. He actuall said he met the new chief and liked him. My point here is this, I have met 2X on more than one occasion and always came away liking him. He doesn't act like those other "leaders" and he was the only one of the black leaders that came out and talked with the family and things like that and condemmed the criminals when the two white guys were shot by a black man during a drug deal down by one of those new hotels.

Fellas don't get me wrong, I in NO WAY am saying anything about hating black people or even going down that road. What Don said kinda sums it up for me. It doesn't matter what color you are if you are qualified or earn it.

What I'm saying is this We deserve it because mentality stuff just is not the way. It's ther entitlement thing that I don't get, why do some people think they should have the better jobs because they are of a certain ethnic race...???

Yea Tim he does seem to keep it right in the middle I have to give him some credit as well.
